Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest Offers Virtual and In-person Services

Our offices are open to visitors Monday - Friday. Staff are also available to assist you by phone or email during regular business hours. If you wish to purchase passes or permits, please call ahead to ensure someone is available who has the ability to process your transaction (Gainesville available Wednesday and Thursday). Visit our maps page for information on how to order maps online or print your own. See our recreation conditions report for current conditions of trails and campgrounds or call your local Forest Service office for information and assistance.

The Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest oversees five offices located in and around the Forests. The Chattahoochee National Forest is divided into three administrative districts with three district offices. The Oconee National Forest has one district office. District offices are the best places to contact for location-specific resources and visitor information. When planning your trip, contact the appropriate office for your needs to minimize any service delays.
